Ms. Aguirre graduated from the University of Southern California School of Dental Hygiene with honors in 1991. Upon graduating, Ms. Aguirre worked as a clinical instructor for the USC School of Dental Hygiene, while working in two private practices. She began dental consulting for the Beverly Hills office where she was then employed and with the successful growth of that practice, decided to return to graduate business school. Ms. Aguirre attended USC in the evening, while practicing dental hygiene during the day, and earned her MBA in 1997.

Ms. Aguirre has generously volunteered years of her time in and out of her community. She volunteered for the USC mobile clinic, which provides dental treatment to children of low-income families, and taught dental education to hundreds of elementary school children in the neighborhood in which she resides. Ms. Aguirre is a committed mother of three boys. She has used her experience, education and organizational skills in many capacities, volunteering for the PTA and AYSO organizations. She served as AYSO divisional coordinator and head coached hundreds of boys as well as held several PTA positions, including treasurer, financial secretary and VP of Membership. Ms. Aguirre was recognized by the California State PTA and presented with an honorary service award in 2013.
