Dr. Anderson began his career earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles and a DDS from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. His pursuit of excellence in improving the quality of life for patients and care management led him to the University of California, Irvine, where he completed the Family Health Plan (FHP) Management program.

Senior advisor to 1 Source Solutions, Dr. Anderson is a Certified Auditor and Quality Assurance Consultant holding California Association of Dental Plans certification. Prior to his involvement with 1 Source Solutions, Dr. Anderson served as dental director for PrimeCare Dental Plan, a Knox-Keene licensed dental plan with responsibilities leading utilization management/quality assurance programs, policies and procedures. As lead dental officer, he was successful at overseeing the requirements for audit processes from the California Department of Health.

Before his role as dental director, Dr. Anderson provided dental consulting services establishing operational structure and improvements in treatment planning for West Coast Dental Group and Gholdoian Consulting Group.

In his early career, Dr. Anderson was vice president of Talbert Medical Management Company and president of Talbert Dental Group, leading the development of strategic planning of operations and dental insurance products for 15 dental locations in Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and California.
