Ramona earned her bachelor’s degree in business from California State University, Fullerton. Continuing her professional development, she received advanced certification in human resources management at University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to starting 1 Source Solutions, Ramona was VP of Administration and Director of Operations for a group of dental experts and multispecialty dental care practices.

She is a member of the ASCA, Academy of Dental Management Consultants, American Association of Dental Office Managers, California Dental Association, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Society for Human Resource Management and panel member for “Ask the Consultant”.
