Dylan Colbert is the Director of Practice Development at 1 Source  Solutions and has been an intricate part of he Company for many years. Dylan graduated Southwestern Law School with a Juris Doctorate Degree from their 2 year Accelerated Program. In addition, he graduated as a Senior Advocate from Southwestern’s nationally acclaimed Trial Advocacy Honors Program. Prior to attending Law School, Dylan graduated Cum Laude from California State University Dominguez Hills with a major in political science. He directs and implements trainings focused on education and team development. Dylan analyzes internal reports, P & L Statements, and researches the right opportunity for improvement. Beyond his obvious intellectual credentials, Dylan also possesses an acute understanding of inter-personal relationships and is skilled in facilitating monumental growth within the practice.
