A musician, artist, and athlete Donald brings the same passion and creativity for art and athletics to developing and implementing educational material to enhance and tackle the ongoing challenges in dental offices he works with. Donald’s true passion is helping others reach their fullest potential through coaching, mentoring and education.

As a graduate of Texas A&M – University’s business school, Donald earned his Bachelors of Business Administration Degree and was promoted up within Walmart Stores as an assistant store manager where he was able to excel in customer service, sales, and management for a high volume store in Rockwall, Texas.

Donald moved to California seeking a career in the music industry, but as fate would have it he was destined to part of the beautiful industry of dentistry. With no dental experience, but tons of ambition, Donald was able to learn basic dentistry, specialties and orthodontics and within months was running his first dental practice for a major multi-unit organization in Simi Valley, Ca.

After years of field operations, Donald found his true passion for training and development. Developing training material to help boost productivity, improve patient retention, decrease employee attrition and improving customer service came second nature to him as his artistic creativity took over. Donald provides leadership guidance and case presentation training to help support dental offices in need. Not going with the one size fits all model of training and development, Donald focuses on the core issues of the practice and creates tailor-made systems to address each issues relevant to each practice and team members.
