Earning a business degree with an emphasis in marketing from California State University Fullerton in 2002, she went to work for Enterprise Rent-a-Car where she excelled in sales and sales management.

Ms. Gallella has over a decade of marketing experience ranging from managing flash mobs and national mobile tours to creating and implementing effective SEO, PPC and social media campaigns. Working for marketing firms afforded her the opportunity to work for large nationally recognized brands, including Toyota, DirecTV, Kenmore, LG, Heineken and Easy Spirit, just to name a few.

Ms. Gallella held the title of director of marketing for a dental group practice of over 30 offices spanning California and Washington. In this role, she drove new patient growth to 22% above the goals set by their senior partners. Responsible for the call center, a team of field marketers and marketing staff, she created a dental practice marketing department through leadership and dedication. She is an expert in digital dental practice marketing (websites, PPC, SEO, social media), print marketing, channel marketing, branding, customer retention, reputation management, budgeting and analytics.
